2. Insert the expanding anchor hook, and drive in its screw. Check it to make sure it is secure. Install another at the other end.
3. Hang the back of the wire shelf onto the pair of anchors. At each shelf end, attach a diagonal support to the front of the shelf using a bracket. Then raise the shelf until it is level, and drill a pilot hole through the hole at the bottom of the diagonal support. Insert an expanding anchor into the hole, and then screw the support to it.
